El Yucateco Chilmole - 100 gram

Chilmole is a recipe known for hundreds of years by the Mayan people which, in Mayan, means “ spicy sauce ” and is made from charred Habanero Chiles.
 
Simply mix with water or broth to make a traditional Mayan-style sauce that is then used to make a marinade ideal for all meats, Fish and vegetables.
