Chile Morita is a type of Dried Red Jalapeno, similar to the Chipotle but a little hotter.
 
Bright orange-red to red-brown with a sweet smoky flavour and tones of Plum, Fig and Tea with a little tannin
 
Great in Salsas and slow-cooked sauces.
